Skills Assessments

M.H. Technologies develops both task based and written assessments to determine the level of skills per individual or team.The assessments are intended to identify areas in need of development and or training.  

M. H. Technologies will work with your team to determine the responsibilities, categories, and equipment on which to assess which can determine a “profile” of where they would like their skill levels to be.  The profile will be inserted in the assessment for comparison to tactual results. The output or deliverable is a detailed
report presented determining the skills gaps and training needs.
